Jonathan Charles Pugh gained his BSc Honours in Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University in 1988 and joined Dron & Wright, a firm of commercial property agents, in the City of London. Two years later, having fallen in love with the French way of life from an early age, he made the decision to move to Southern France and chose the City of Toulouse. After graduating from ‘Alliance Francaise’ he moved to Toulouse and for the next eighteen years was responsible for handling all the international

clients for the Toulouse office of a nationwide French Estate Agency. He has now formed his own company – ‘Jonathan Charles’ – specialising in the sale, marketing and acquisition of exclusive, and prestigious properties across Southern France – an area in which he has great experience, especially in the sale of luxury properties, including chateaux, country estates, vineyards and apartments.
